Circular permanent magnetic chucks with radial poles for state of the art grinding and turning applications
• Neodymium powered double magnetic system, resulting in the highest holding force
• 100% balanced symmetrical design allowing high speed machining
• Smooth self-lubricating actuation
• Possibility to bore troughgoing centre hole
It is possible to machine the poles of the top plate and the base plate: grooves, tapped blind holes, etc... can be accommodated.
The use of adapters (auxiliary pole plates) to secure parts of irregular profile avoids machining the pole plate.
