Quick release pins or pip pins are they are commonly known allow the user to quickly locate, fasten and align two applications. Once the pin is inserted into the application the location pin cannot be removed until the user depresses a button on the top of the T Handle.
Once the button is depressed this releases two ball at the base of the pin allowing the user to insert and remove from the hole freely.
Quick release pins are also known as:
Locking Pins, Pip pins, Aerospace pins, location pins, release pins, pippins, ring handle pins, T-Handle pins, button handle pins, nautical handle pins and detent pins.
Quick Release Steel Nylon Coated Lanyards can also be attached to the T Handle to allow the pin to be permanently fixed to the application.
